With nine children in the house, it is hard to find something that everyone likes! We have found a few sure-fire hits, that we want to share with you!
Amazing Enchiladas:
Ingredients:
2 (13oz) cans Chicken Breast
1 Cup Chili Salsa
1 4oz can of chopped green chilis
2 Cups heavy whipping cream
10 8" flour tortillias
Directions:
Combine salsa, chiles, and chicken.
Place mixture in tortillas and roll.
Place seam side down in a 9X13 baking dish.
Pour whipping cream over top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle cheese on top during last ten minutes of baking.
Enjoy!
Beef BBQ:
Ingredients:
1 bottom round roast
12-14oz catsup
1/3 cup Woichestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
Directions:
Cook the roast in a crockpot until it falls apart. Shred with two forks and stir in all the ingredients. (Keep the roast juices) Heat in crockpot until hot, serve on buns.
