WARNING!!!

NEVER USE AMERICA ONLINE! THEY TRY TO SUCKER YOU IN WITH THEIR "2 MONTHS FREE SERVICE!" THING, AND AFTER THAT THEY JUST DO NOT WANT YOU TO CANCEL. WE SIGNED UP FOR THE FREE TRIAL, IT ENDED AND FOR SOME REASON THEY STARTED BILLING US DOUBLE, SO WE TRYED TO CANCEL, AFTER 30 MINUTES ON HOLD, SOMEONE AWNSERED, AT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES OF TALKING WITH HER, SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD CANCEL OUR ACCOUNT, SO IT WAS DONE, RIGHT? WORNG. OUR THING SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED, BUT IT WASN'T THEY WERE STILL BILLING US, SO I CALLED BACK, AND AFTER 20 MINUTES ON HOLD, I FINALY GOT SOMEONE, AFTER 20 MINUTES OF ASKING ME WHY WE WANTED TO CANCEL THEIR "GREAT SERVICE" I THOUGHT I HAD IT CANCELED. SO I WAS PRETTY HAPPY, ENJOYING NOT HAVING TO USE AOL'S HORRIBLE SOFTWARE, AND LESS THAN A WEEK LATER, I GOT A LETTER FROM AOL STATING: medrx-one.com
